Anna Ruth Harper, 85, of Elkins West Virginia, died Feb. 20, 2026, at Valentine Assisted Living, surrounded by family.
Friends may call from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Todd Rhodes officiating.
