Judith ‘Tally’ Raines Kesterson
Judith “Tally” Raines Kesterson, 73, a resident of Belington, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord early Saturday morning, Feb. 21, 2026, under the care of WV Caring Hospice.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins, West Virginia, on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Final rites will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, at 11 a.m.
Pastor Cindy Morgan Roberts will officiate, and interment will follow at the Belington Fraternal Cemetery at Belington, West Virginia.
