Nancy Ann (Hiser) Mullenax, 81, of Keyser, West Virginia, and formerly of Franklin, passed away Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, at her home.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Michael Loudermilk officiating.
Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
