Blaykely Michelle Cook, a cherished and beloved infant passed away at UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on March 5, 2026.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.
Family will receive friends on Sunday one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in the Cook Family Cemetery, Maysville, West Virginia, 26833.
