Michelle Lee Nicholson-Sisolack

Ms. Michelle Lee Nicholson-Sisolack, 40, a resident of Belington, West Virginia, departed this life late Friday evening March 6, 2026, in the Ruby Memorial Hospital at Morgantown, West Virginia. Death was following a period of declining health.

She was born June 25, 1985, at Elkins, West Virginia, a daughter of Johnny and Lisa Michelle Shope Sisolack, who survives in Belington.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Mackenzie Sisolack and fiance, John Sanetrik, of Moatsville, West Virginia, and MyKiha Sisolack of Belington.

Additional survivors include her paternal grandparents, John and Cindy Sisolack of Belington; two aunts, Theresa Sisolack-Raschella and husband, Nicholas, of Buckhannon and Anna Shope of Delray Beach, Florida; cousins, Kaleigh Figueroa, Alia Keene, Jamie Keene, Johnna Figueroa and “L” Raschella.

Also surviving are a whole host of friends and extended family.

Preceding her in death are her maternal grandparents, Esther Rhoades and Vernon Shope.

Michelle was a 2003 graduate of the Philip Barbour High School and also graduated the Clarksburg Beauty Academy. She was the owner-operator of the Infinity Hair Salon in Buckhannon, West Virginia, where she took great pride in her profession. Michelle coached and assisted local baton groups and dance classes. She loved traveling, enjoyed sporting events with her children, and spending time with friends and family. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

There will be a private family visitation and funeral service conducted from the Talbott Funeral Home, 56 N. Brandenburg in Belington, West Virginia, on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, with Nicholas Raschella officiating.

Interment will follow in the Fraternal Cemetery near Belington.

The family asked that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Fraternal Cemetery PO. Box 69 Belington WV 26250.
