Rachel Ann Pingley

Rachel Ann Pingley, a beloved member of our community, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 21, at the age of 90.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the First Church of Christ in Elkins. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 28, at 4 p.m. at the church with Preaching Minister Jason Brandon officiating.

Rachel’s remarkable life will be honored and celebrated by all who attend. Interment will follow in the American Legion Little Arlington Cemetery where the presentation of the American Flag will be made by members of the Unites States Air Force.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Rachel’s honor to the First Church of Christ, 300 Main St., Elkins, WV 26241 or the Randolph County Humane Society, PO Box 785, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Rachel.

The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Rachel Ann Pingley.
