Cheryl Ann Penn, 64, of Petersburg, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Winchester, Virginia.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Schaeffer Funeral Home in Petersburg.

Funeral service will be on Friday, May 8, 2026, in the chapel of Schaeffer Funeral Home at 11 a.m.

She will be laid to rest at Kline Cemetery, Upper Tract, West Virginia.
