Robin “Sue” Louise Moore Lindsay, 68, a resident of Valley Head, passed from this life Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Davis Medical Center Vandalia Health.
Sue was born Friday, Aug. 16, 1957, in Elkins, a daughter of the late Charles Moore and Idell Taylor Moore. On Dec. 30, 1974, in Hot Springs, Virginia, she was married to Kenneth Ray Lindsay, who survives. They had celebrated 51 years of marriage.
Also left to cherish Sue’s memory are three children, Timothy Lindsay and wife, Shannon, of Montrose, Chastity Arbogast and husband, Jedidiah, of Valley Head, and Melissa Lindsay of Gassaway; four grandchildren, Ian Lindsay, Whitney Arbogast, Jonathan Arbogast and Makahla Case; one great-grandchild, Lawson Arbogast; one sister, Diane Long and husband, George âChip,ã of Belington; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Sue in death besides her parents was one brother, Marshall Moore.
Sue attended Tygarts Valley High School. She had worked for Brooks Machine Shop for 10 years before spending 19 years working for AHF, formerly Bruce Hardwood and Armstrong World Industries.
Sue enjoyed riding horseback and loved her animals. She loved her kids and grandkids whom she always looked forward to spending time with them.
Visitation will be held at Randolph Funeral Home on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the funeral hour. Interment will follow in Valley Head Cemetery.
