Eugenia M. Phillips
Eugenia M. Phillips, 90, a resident of Elkins, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the Davis Medical Center.
Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until noon Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.
At noon on Saturday, she will be moved to Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman, where a graveside service will be held.
Pastor Ann Fretwell will officiate and interment will follow.
The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for Eugenia M. Phillips.
