Frances Kesler Holcomb Holliday, 99, a former resident of Elkins, West Virginia, and more recently a resident of North Haven, Connecticut, departed this life Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford, Cpnnecticut.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at noon, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Jennette Cemetery at Lookout, West Virginia. Pastor Ann Fretwell will officiate and interment will follow.
