John Thayer, 89, a resident of Mountain Memories Assisted Living & Retirement Center in Elkins, passed away Sunday evening, May 31, 2026, at the facility under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be under the direction of the Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins for John Thayer.
