Delvin James “Jim” Wratchford, 80, a resident of Parsons, West Virginia, departed this life early Tuesday morning, July 14, 2026, at Nella's at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Crystal Springs, Elkins, West Virginia. He had been in declining health.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at the Mountain State Memorial Gardens at Gilman, West Virginia, on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11 a.m. The Reverend James Snyder will officiate and interment will follow.
