Janie Lowe, 78, of Elkins, formerly of Cass, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, July 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, love and gentle grace.
She had a warm and compassionate spirit that touched the lives of so many.
Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug.1, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. Interment will follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery at Huntersville, West Virginia.
The family request memorial contributions be made to Appalachian Mental Health Center, c/o Dr. Richard Kiley, 725 Yokum St., Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Janie.
