Jo Ellen Dolly Parsons, 86, of Elkins, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on Friday evening July 17, 2026, at Mountain Memories Assisted Living in Elkins, West Virginia, following a period of declining health.
The family will receive friends at Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Friday July 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. until noon. Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at noon. The Rev. Mr. Raymond Godwin will officiate and interment will follow at the Saint Brendan Cemetery at Elkins, West Virginia.
