Elsie Kathryn Shrout Davis of Hambleton, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026.
The family will receive friends at Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026, at 11 a.m. Pastor Donna Bolinger will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to WV Caring at 169 Diamond St., Elkins, WV 26241 or the charity of one's choice.
