Vonda Ruth Gumm, 92, a resident of Elkins, passed away Saturday evening, Aug. 15, 2026, in Mountain Memories Assisted Living and Retirement Center under the care of West Virginia Caring Hospice.
Friends may call from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug 20, 2026, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug 21, from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman.
