Debra Stalnaker Riddlebarger, 76, a resident of Elkins, passed away Saturday evening, Sept. 5, 2026, at the home of her son, Sam Loria in Kingwood, West Virginia.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday, Sept 11, 2026, at the Elkins Family Worship Center, 1402 Taylor Ave., Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, from the Worship Center with Pastor Jamie Estep, Pastor John Taylor and Pastor Joey Ridenour officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman.
The family request contributions be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, 636 W. Lexington St., Baltimore, Md 21201 in memory of Debbie.
