Linda Sue Pellen Robey, 76, a resident of Elkins, West Virginia, departed this life Friday morning, Sept 18, 2026, at her home with her family by her side and under the care of West Virginia Caring.
She was born Wednesday, Jan. 11, 1950, at West Liberty, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Phillip Edward Pellen and Gertrude Marie Hinzman Pellen. On June 2, 1973, at Elkins, West Virginia, she was married to Charles Homer Robey, who preceded her in death Nov. 2, 2020.
Surviving are two sons, Phillip Edward Robey of Elkins and Charles David Nutter and girlfriend, Amy Leary, of Dailey; three daughters, Crystal Marie Howard of Bluefield, Angela Sue Robey and boyfriend, Joseph Binns, and Ashley Dawn Robey, all of Elkins; one brother, George Hinzman of Elkins; one half brother, Raymond Pellen in Montana; and six grandchildren, Vance Howard and wife Andria, Essley Howard and girlfriend Dessie, Dylan Nutter, Contessa Leary, Sierra Leary and Holly Binns; and two great grandchildren, Anthony and Madison.
Preceding her in death is one son, Timothy Michael Robey; one brother, Chrissy Paul; and one sister, Kathleen Baker.
Linda was a Methodist by faith. She was a homemaker and loved being with her children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Robey's request for cremation was honored.
