Lucy M. Westfall, 87, of Franklin, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at Cortland Acres Nursing Home in Thomas, West Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin followed by a Celebration of Life Service will be at 7 p.m. with Pastor Brad Mitchell officiating.
