Terry Ann Osborne, 65, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Leonardtown, Maryland.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, at Kimble Funeral Home, 80 South Main Street, Franklin, West Virginia, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, with Pastor Jay Hanger officiating.
Interment will be at Kline Cemetery.
