Judith A. Singleton, passed away peacefully on Oct. 7, 2026, born on June 14, 1961, in Winchester, Virginia, to Charles and Dora Singleton. Judy lived a life defined by deep devotion, quiet grace, and an immense capacity to love.

For 20 wonderful years, she shared her life, her heart, and her journey with her devoted fiance, Paul O. Buchanan Sr. Together, they built a home grounded in warmth, patience, cherished memories and unwavering partnership. She was not only his fiance but his best friend, his partner, and the love of his life. Their two decades together were a testament to a love that was deep, enduring, and unconditional.

She also held a special place in the hearts of Paul's five adult children Paulina, Christina, Paul, Rocky and Clinton, whom she embraced as her own. She brought endless patience, wisdom, and joy into their lives. Her love and care went far beyond words. She was a source of kindness, encouragement, and support. She became an important part of their family.

The love she gave them reflected the generous and caring person she was. She was also a devoted mom to her fur babies, Cherish and Siesta, whom she had endless love for.

She was also a deeply cherished sister to her siblings, Charles Earl aka “Porky,” Ira Andrew aka “Tiny,” Gilbert Lee, Frederick Paul, Billy Don, Dennis James and Dora Ellen aka “Tudy,” sharing a lifelong bond filled with laughter, shared memories, and steadfast support through the years.

For many years, she dedicated her professional life to nursing, a calling that reflected her compassionate heart and her desire to help others. Through her work, she provided comfort, care, and kindness to those who needed it most. Nursing was more than a profession to her; it was an expression of her natural ability to nurture, comfort, and make a difference in the lives of others.

Those who knew her will remember her for her loving spirit, her caring nature, and the special way she touched the lives of those around her. Her greatest legacy was not measured by her career or accomplishments, but by the love she shared, the lives she touched and the memories she leaves behind. Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her, her memory will live on through the love she gave, the family she cherished, and the countless moments that will forever remain in their hearts.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. The years shared with her will always be treasured, and the love she brought into this world will continue to live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her. Her life was a gift, her love was a blessing, and her memory will remain a treasure forever.
