Linda Louise Rowan, 66, of Volga, West Virginia, died Thursday, Oct 1, 2026, at her daughter's home in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
She was born Nov. 28, 1959, in Virginia, a daughter of the late Harold Claude and Easter Lilly Butcher Humphrey.
Surviving are three daughters, Charlotte Brown and husband, Joseph, of Girard, Ohio, Sheila Zickefoose of Elkins, West Virginia, and Shelley Phillips and husband, Michael, Chris of Buckhannon; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; one brother, Harold Humphrey and wife, Juanita, of Buckhannon; and one sister, Brenda Jones and husband, Rob, of Buckhannon.
Ms. Rowan was a graduate of the Romney School for the Deaf and Blind, a Christian by faith and a homemaker.
Friends will be received Friday, Oct. 9, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Jason Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckhannon Memorial Park in Buckhannon.
