James A. “Jim” Gragg, 74, of Durbin, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 17, at WV Caring in Elkins. Jim was born on Dec. 28, 1950, son of Paul Donald and Hallie Virginia Gragg. Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Donna; and son, Jamie (Hannah) Gragg of Marlinton.
