Peggy Talbot Wagner
Peggy Talbot Wagner, 95, an urban and city planner whose work helped guide the planning efforts of two northern Virginia jurisdictions, died on Aug. 6, 2025, in the health care center at Goodwin House Alexandria. Before moving to Goodwin House as an independent living resident in 2007, Ms. Wagner lived in the City of Fairfax. Ms. Wagner began her career as an urban planner when she was in her mid-40s.
