Mrs. Ruby June (Tallman) Fallen, 94, a resident of the Audra Park Road in Belington, departed this life early Saturday morning July 4, 2026, at her residence. Death was following a period of declining health. She was born Nov. 14, 1931 at Belington, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Herbert Wellington and Beulah England Tallman. On Feb. 22, 1952, she was united in marriage to Clifford Wesley Fallen, who preceded her in death on Oct. 17, 2007.
