Perry Long

Perry Long, 95, a resident of Ellamore, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, in the WV Caring Hospice Center in Elkins. He was born Dec. 19, 1930, at Parsons, West Virginia, a son of the late Riley Martin Long and the late Izzy Fridley Long. He was married to Laura Ellen Mason Long, who preceded him in death. Surviving are two sons, Perry Lee Long and wife, Jeri, of Ellamore and Jack ODell Long and wife, Lora, of French Creek, West Virginia. Three grandchildren, Perry Dale Long, Richard ODell Long and Lori Beth Smith; and eight great-grandchildren also survive. ...
