Clarence W. Licwov Jr., 82, a resident of East Dailey, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024, at the West Virginia Caring Inpatient Unit with his family by his side. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2024, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Tristan Tenney officiating.
