Malachi McCauley from North School:
There once was a boy named Billy,
Who complained about being chilly.
He thought to buy a coat
To ease his sore throat.
This kept Bill from being chilly.
Madison Shifflett from North School:
There was a cat named Blackie
His middle name was Alee.
This cat liked to play,
But really wanted to lay
He liked to lay under an apple tree.
Jace Ours from Beverly School:
There once was a cat named Mat,
Who really turned into a bat.
He went into a cave,
In there was a wave.
That's that for a bat-cat named Mat.
Braylee Yates from Beverly School:
There once was a fun dog show.
I entered my dog Dolly;
She is a Border Collie.
She is sweeter than you know,
And she won a first place blue bow
Motley Gear from Third Ward School:
There once was a boy named Motley,
Who played Roblox as a Bee.
He liked to play with a friend,
But it all came to an end.
Because he did not like to tease.
*Roblox as a Bee is a computer game

Who had a big sweet Lolly.
She dropped it nearby,
And she began to cry.

Who was really very hairy.
