If you really want to make a difference…
News about Michael Bloomberg spending $100 million on an ad campaign, in addition to what he has already spent on other Democrat political races, was recently reported.
If you really want to make a statement about lowering co2 emissions, and actually making a measurable impact, do this: Spend the $100 million on solar panels for low and medium income rural housing.
The money he threw away could have made at least 5,000 homes energy independent, in fact, they would be feeding their excess clean energy back into the system for decades to come.
That is a one-time investment that will pay dividends for over 20 years. Most solar panels have at least a 20-year warranty.
So imagine if you will dropping into Elkins or some other rural town, and every home has a glittering rooftop. Perhaps start on an area that is along a popular vacation destination, what ad campaign could beat that? Put your money where your mouth is, and do something rather than talk about it. Start a trend that could actually make a difference in our world, and have a PR bonanza on your hands!
