With this most recent bill passed by Congress, the government continues to take, take and take from the American people. This is all thanks in part to the two Joes, Joe Biden and Joe Manchin. Two men that played keys roles in how this Congress has voted on key bills these past two years.
This most recent bill that has passed is supposed to better the economy and the environment, but will negatively affect this country that is still reeling from two and half years of the pandemic. This is equivalent to pouring rubbing alcohol into a wound.
Prices are up from gas to food, clothing to utilities. A can of Cola has gone from $1 to close to $2. Taxes on coal, gas, natural gas and oil. Taxes, taxes, taxes! The effort to improve the environment through investing in other types of energies? We are at the hands of Mother Nature. If the wind ain't blowin', the water ain't rollin' and the sun ain't shinin', you got it... no power!
Germany has gone back to its coal-fired plants. Add to that, the coal plants already in China and India that are still rolling. Have we improved things? The U.S. can't do it alone and nobody else is following suit. Who's taking care of us? 87,000 IRS agents? Really? Picture Mountaineer Field completely filled with IRS agents. And the stadium is only built to seat 55,000 put the rest of them on the turf.
Forget Big Business. The IRS will hit the middle class so they can make their quota. And they are packing? Guns, that is. Big Brother is watching. And they wonder why guns sales have gone up.
President Joe Biden promised no one will be affected by taxes that earns less then $400,000. Promise broken. West Virginia Sen.Joe Manchin stated last year that the American public can't take another tax bill with what they've gone through. Not exactly sincere, was he?
Enough is enough. Changes need to be made this November and in 2024. The majority of American people feel like a boxer in the middle of the ring who's getting pummeled, and the referee won't call their opponent off. The good news is, we've taken one punch after another and we're still standing. Thank God!
