We were visiting West Virginia and I read a column in your newspaper about Sen. Tim Scott. It was written by someone named Mona Charen and the column was not very nice, to say the least.

Those who protested a questionable election result are treated terribly and some are in need of medical attention. They are political prisoners, and in America they should have been given a fair trial. The majority of them should have been released.
As far as murder, protester and veteran Ashli Babbitt was the only one murdered on Jan. 6.
This writer bore a false witness against many individuals and I would ask that you reconsider putting her column in your paper.
