With the war in Ukraine still ongoing, I wonder where we will get the money to help out our longtime allies in Israel.
We did not have the roughly $200 billion we gave Ukraine. That money was borrowed from foreign banks and adds onto our national debt.
If our government wants to do something that will affect the future of our children's children, it should be brought up for a national vote. I am sick and tired of them printing money when their checkbook reaches a zero balance. Once they run out of tax dollars to spend they should have to cut programs and reorganize their finances.
How are we now supposed to help out our true ally, Israel, when we have squandered so much on the war in Ukraine? Israel is a buffer zone in between many terrorist nations, and several weeks ago Biden released $9 billion of frozen assets to Iran, who is the known financier for Hamas and Hezbollah's war with Israel. It's obviously the logical conclusion that that money was spent to start the war with Israel.
We need to be more frugal with our tax dollars and start paying off some our massive government debt. Hire some accountants that can actually balance our budget, its time for a major shift in politics, we no longer can afford to give money to the over 100 countries that we do to "support their regimes".
We need to get our own house in order, pay off our loans, or civil war could be in our future. God bless America.
