Reader: Dems take ‘crazy’ to new level
The Democratic Party has become a party of haters. Do West Virginia Democrats condone this behavior? Please tell me it isn’t so! Yet I see few Democrats calling to end the behavior that causes such strife and division.
I want to make it perfectly clear: I was never going to vote for Biden, nor the Democratic plotted plan to replace Biden with their chosen.
Note to mainstream media: No one in America believes anything you say, as evidenced by the election results on Nov. 5. From the moment that Donald J. Trump descended the steps at Trump Tower years ago and announced he was running for president, you’ve done everything you could to denigrate and destroy him. The reasons are easy to understand. Many of you have sold your souls to the Democratic Party and the coastal elites. Also you’ve never understood how the majority of American citizens think or what they value. Most Americans know little about meteorology, but they know when it’s raining.
I have never seen hate for those who support a president the likes of which I see toward the supporters of President Donald Trump.
Democrats did not just lose the presidency and both chambers of Congress because of their support for trans rights or opposition to the expansion of oil and gas drilling. They lost because normal people had no idea where they stood on any of the things that normal people care about. Instinctively, Americans understood that the Democrats no longer knew who they were. Democrats are awkward, seemingly unable to say if they are the party of billionaire donors or middle-class normies.
Donald Trump is delivering the results that West Virginians want, while the Democrats are obsessing over issues that don’t matter to ordinary Americans.
Unfortunately, Congressional Democrats are too consumed by their hatred of President Trump, refusing to show support for lowering taxes, fighting childhood cancer, capturing terrorists, protecting women and girls in sports, or law and order, supporting illegal criminal aliens and abandoning the American citizen — to name only a few.
For people like me, this has been a golden opportunity to spotlight the Democrats’ prioritization of illegal immigrants over American citizens.
Now we have Donald Trump, a true fighter. He has taken off the gloves and applied the very same fighting style against his opponents. He does not put up with lies. He calls people out. We are fighting back in this war of words with the truth, delivering it with the same hard-hitting rhetoric that the opposition has been using for decades.
The Democrat party that has delivered 50-plus years of promises to the little guy, while continually making it worse — is this the party you Democrats want to become? The party of personal attacks and perpetual lies?
The Democratic Party has reached an all-time low. For the last three election cycles, the main project of the Democratic Party has been to keep Donald Trump out of office. Advancing policy to improve the lives of working people has been, at best, an afterthought and, at worst, a distraction. Every other aspect of politics has been deprioritized to favor this single goal, with “vote blue no matter who” emerging as the rallying cry.
