Keyser too much for Mountain Lions

HAMBLETON -- Keyser placed three players in double figures in running past Tucker County, 71-36, on Friday night.

Ryan Shoemaker and P.J. Kennedy each had 14 points for the visiting Golden Tornado.

Shawn See also reached double figures with 12.

Sophomore Zach Long had eight points for the Mountain Lions, who dropped to 1-6 on the season.

Wyatt Betler added six and Rudy Pennington five.

Tucker County will return to action at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Moorefield for a Potomac Valley Conference contest.

Keyser, which is now 3-2 on the season, will entertain PVC foe Petersburg on the same evening.
