Golden Eagles post 94-88 win over Senators

CHARLESTON – Charleston placed five players in double figures to hold off Davis & Elkins, 94-88, Wednesday evening in MEC action.

Drew Rackeley, who went over 1,000 points for his career in the win, led the Golden Eagles (18-5, 12-3 MEC) with a game-high 35 points.

Seth O’Neal added 18, Keith Williams 14, Lamont McManus 13 and Devon Robinson 10.

The Senators (6-17, 4-13) had three players with 20-plus points and were led by Myles Monroe with 25, followed by Donte Doleman with 23 and Erkam Kiris with 22.

D&E will return home at 4 p.m. Saturday to face West Virginia State on Senior Day.
