Bulldogs set to play first road contest

Tygarts Valley takes to the road for the first time this season in a 7 p.m. contest at Valley-Wetzel.

The Bulldogs have cruised in their first two games at home in wins over Tucker County and Webster County.

The senior duo of quarterback Josh Bright and running backs Caden Boggs and Daniel White lead the Bulldog offense.

The Lumberjacks enter the contest 1-1, defeating Calhoun County (33-26) in their season opener and dropping a 34-22 decision at Cameron last week.

In other action this evening Philip Barbour will host Liberty in a Big 10 Conference encounter, Buckhannon-Upshur visits Hampshire and Tucker County hosts Moorefield.

All games are set to begin at 7 p.m.
