Kaden Moore and Wade Cabaniss added eight each.
Grant Harris had 12 points, Cam Bolyard eight and Landyn Carpenter seven for the Eagles.
Tygarts Valley hosts Belington this evening, with JV play starting at 5:45 p.m.
The Tygarts Valley Middle School girls varsity team also defeated Kasson, 34-22, on Friday night.
Sarah Defibaugh had 12 points and Summer Lewis-Smith and Adley Felton five each for the Lady Bulldogs (4-3).
Emmah Carter led the Lady Eagles with 12.
