Maddox Anderson had 11 and Ashton Lycliter 10 for the Mountain Lions, who led 28-21 at halftime and 39-30 after three quarters.
Tanner Townsend led the Wildcats with 11 points, followed by Clayton Kisamore with 10.
Tucker County (14-2) will entertain Pocahontas County on Friday night.
Pendleton County, which had won 10 straight games, is now 11-3 on the season and visits Frankfort this evening.
