GRAFTON -- The Elkins Middle School boys soccer team posted a 2-0 win over Taylor County on Thursday night.
Amari Lonon scored on a penalty kick in the 20th minute and Lincoln Fletcher added the second goal on a header off a crossing pass from Tucker Cutright.
The Hornets (6-1-2) will host Buckhannon-Upshur at 6:30 p.m. on Monday for Eighth Grade Night.
The EMS girls will battle the Little Lady Bucs in the first game at 5 p.m.
