MORGANTOWN -- Tygarts Valley outslugged Trinity Christian, 31-23, Monday night at Mylan Park.
Kailen Yokum had two inside-the-park homers for the Lady Bulldogs, Janie Blackwood added an inside-the-park homer and triple, Felcity Walden, Isabella Shumate and Alyssa Swecker triples and Khrya Davis, Sydney Weiford and Aniya Mitchell doubles.
Blackwood and Shumate both saw time on the mound.
"We are hitting really well," TV coach Wendy Walden said. "We definitely need to work on our fielding, considering with the weather conditions we haven't been able to practice outside."
The Lady Bulldogs will host Pocahontas County at 6 p.m. today.
