ELKINS -- Grafton pushed an unearned run across in the top of the eighth inning to claim a 5-4 win over Elkins Monday night in Big 10 Conference action.
The Tigers trailed 4-2 before tying the game in the sixth inning when Cameron Biller and Gavin Carr hit one-out singles, with Biller later scoring on a wild pitch and Carr an error.
Grafton scored the eventual game-winning run when Ben Louzy scored on an error after leading off the eighth by drawing a walk.
Jaxon Drennen had an RBI groundout and another run scored on an error as Elkins took a 2-0 lead in the first.
Grafton drew even in the third on Isaiah Vanscoy's run-producing double.
In the fourth, Dustin Keener and Louzy each had RBI groundouts to treat the Bearcats to a 4-2 cushion.
Cole Mooney went all eight innings to earn the win, scattering four runs on five hits and fanning seven.
Gage Huffman took the loss in relief of Drennen and Ethan Humphrey.
Drennen went the first three innings, allowing two runs on four hits and striking out three, while Humphrey gave up two runs on three hits in four innings with six strikeouts.
Biller and Carr each had two hits for Elkins, which is now 2-9 on the season and will visit East Fairmont at 5 p.m. today.
TV 24, Webster 1, 5 innings
UPPER GLADE -- Tygarts Valley pounded out 17 hits in claiming a 24-1 win over Webster County in five innings on Monday.
Kaden Moore and Austin Teter each drove in four runs to lead the Bulldogs, while Kaiden Warner had three RBIs and Derrick Gear, Hunter Dumire and Kendall Armstrong knocked in one run apiece.
Armstrong went all five innings to earn the win, allowing one hit and fanning nine.
Tygarts Valley (4-2) will host Pendleton County at 6 p.m. today.
B-U 10, Man 0, 6 innings
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- Drahden Rice allowed just three hits over five innings as Buckhannon-Upshur blanked Man, 10-0, on Monday.
Landon Marple and Ian Donnen had two RBIs each for the Bucs, who led 2-0 before erupting for seven runs in the fifth inning.
Rice finished with six strikeouts on the day.
Ryan Snyder struck out the side in the sixth in relief.
