Sam Rolle IV led the way for the Senators, now 5-2 overall and 2-0 in MEC action, with 16 points and six assists, followed by Dontrell Jenkins with 11 points and Clarens Pierre with 10.
Charleston Ponds chipped in eight rebounds and three assists to go with eight points.

D&E carried a 32-28 lead into the intermission before outscoring Wheeling, 49-32, in the second half.
The Senators will return to action at 4 p.m. Saturday at home for a MEC showdown against No. 2 nationally ranked and last year's national runner-up West Liberty.
