Bulldogs even record to 9-9 with win over sectional foe Pocahontas County

MILL CREEK -- Tygarts Valley cruised past sectional foe Pocahontas County, 77-50, Tuesday night at Weber-Wamsley Court.

Ethan McGee had 16 points, Ian Harris 13 and Jacob Wamsley 12 to lead the Bulldogs, who evened their record to 9-9 on the season.

They led 17-5 after one quarter and 31-21 at halftime before outscoring the visitors, 30-12, in the third frame,

Carter Vandevander led the Warriors (3-17) with 14 points.

Tygarts Valley remains home at 7:30 p.m. Friday to face No. 1 Tucker County.
