PHILIPPI -- Philip Barbour's Avery McDaniel tossed a five-inning no-hitter in a 12-0 win over Bridgeport Thursday in Big 10 play.
McDaniel, who also hit a two-run homer, struck out seven and walked just one.
Katielynn Warner, Katie Kennedy and Katelyn Cooper had two RBIs each for the Lady Colts.
Philip Barbour defeated Preston, 13-3, in the second game of the evening as Payton Holbert cracked three doubles and drove in five runs.
Kennedy had three RBIs, while McDaniel and Olivia Wilmoth had two apiece.
Warner went all five innings to earn the win, allowing five hits and fanning four.
The Lady Colts (19-2) host Ritchie County and North Marion starting at noon on Saturday.
Pendleton 6, Tucker 1
FRANKLIN -- Baylee Beachler tossed a no-hitter and fanned 16 batters as Pendleton County pulled away from Tucker County, 6-1, Thursday in PVC action.
The Lady Wildcats clinged to a 2-1 lead before plating four unanswered runs in the sixth.
Peyton Hicks went the first 3 2/3 innings for the Lady Mountain Lions, allowing one unearned run on five hits, striking out seven. Ava Shaffer took the loss in relief.
Susan Vincell, Nataley Hedrick and Jessica Parker had RBIs for Pendleton County, which is now 19-3 and slated to visit East Hardy at 6 p.m. today.
Tucker County (6-15) hosts Elkins at 5:30 p.m. today for a doubleheader at Camp Kidd.

CLARKSBURG -- MaKenzie Davis allowed just one hit and fanned three in going all three innings as Robert C. Byrd blanked Elkins, 15-0, Thursday in Big 10 action.
Hailey Riffle had the lone hit for the Lady Tigers, who visit Tucker County at 5:30 p.m. today at Camp Kidd for a twin bill.
Gina Alvaro had a two-run homer for the Lady Flying Eagles and Davis drove in three runs.

CLARKSBURG -- Saverio Destito had seven RBIs to lead Robert C. Byrd to a 14-4 win over Elkins Thursday in Big 10 action.
Destito was 4 for 5 at the plate, while Ashton Shaffer had three RBIs on two hits.
Owen O'Mara also had a pair of safeties.
Brock Holland had two hits, including a double and an RBI, for the Tigers.
Emory Jack added two hits and an RBI as well.
O'Mara went all six frames to earn the win, allowing nine hits and fanning six.
Remington Stanley took the loss for Elkins, which hosts Buckhannon-Upshur on Monday.

DUNMORE -- Adam Woods drove in six runs to lead Tygarts Valley to a 16-1 win over Pocahontas County on Thursday night.
Kaden Moore fanned 11 and allowed just four hits in going all five innings for the win on the hill.
Woods had a pair of doubles on the night, while Kendall Armstrong and Jacob Wamsley added two RBIs each.
Logan Keatley had two hits for the Warriors.
Tygarts Valley is now 13-5 and will entertain Petersburg at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday for a doubleheader.
