Submitted photo Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center partnered with Elkins Elks Lodge 1135 to sponsor a swimming pool chair lift at the Randolph County Pool and Splash pad at the Elks. The Elks Lodge is grateful for the generous support from ERCC to facilitate pool access to all residents of Randolph County.
