MARTINSBURG -- Potomac Valley Post 64 and Wellsburg Post 34 were eliminated, while Bridgeport Post 68 notched another win in American Legion state tournament action Friday at Faulkner Park.
Post 64 lost a 7-4 decision to Wheeling Post 1 in Friday's first game as Dillon Wilson went 2 for 3 with three RBIs.
Alex Taylor added three hits and Andrew Skadra scored three runs.
Cam Lynch drove in three runs on three hits for Post 64, while Mason Kisamore, Blake Jacobs and Tyson Arnold had one RBI each.
Wellsburg, meanwhile, dropped a 4-1 decision to Berkeley County Post 14.
Cole Lewis tossed a complete-game four-hitter for Berkeley County, striking out seven.
Cameron Moore had three RBIs in the win.
Post 68, which faces the victor of Friday's late game between Morgantown Post 2 and South Charleston Post 94 at 7 p.m. today in a winner's bracket matchup, used a five-run first inning en route to a 6-4 win over Charleston Post 65.
Rowen Michaelis and Isaac Lough had run-producing singles in the first, while three runs scored on errors.
