SUMMERSVILLE — Three players reached double figures as Tygarts Valley posted a 58-45 win over River View in Winter Classic action on Friday.

The Lady Bulldogs have won four straight contests to improve to 4-1 and will face Buffalo at 11 a.m. Monday in another Winter Classic matchup.

Alyssa Swecker tossed in 17 points in the win, followed by Sarah Defibaugh with 14 and Summer Lewis-Smith’s 13.

Chasity Kennedy hit four treys and finished with 24 points for the Lady Raiders (4-3).

The Lady Bulldogs led 15-4 after one quarter and 28-19 at halftime.

They carried a 39-29 cushion into the final frame.
