MILL CREEK — Parker Bell tossed in 20 points as Class A, No. 8 Tygarts Valley pulled away from South Harrison, 47-40, Friday night at Weber-Wamsley Court.

The Bulldogs (7-1) held a 30-27 lead after three quarters and outscored the Hawks, 17-13, in the final frame.

Jacob Wamsley added 14 points, seven rebounds and four steals for TV, while Kaden Moore had six caroms and two assists and Alex Scott three helpers.

Graham Saas netted 16 points for South Harrison, which dropped to 4-4 on the season.

The Bulldogs are now 7-1.
