The Tigers led 17-13 after one quarter but were outscored 16-6 in the second quarter and 11-6 in the third.
Levi Wanless led Elkins with 10 points.
D.J. Broardly and Ben Hale had 11 each for the Patriots, while Avorie Brown added 10.
The Tigers will conclude the regular season Tuesday at Preston.
