PARSONS — Three pitchers held Tucker County to one hit and Jacob Wamsley drove in five runs in Tygarts Valley’s 12-0 win on Thursday evening.

Wamsley had a three-run homer in the third for the Bulldogs. He also earned the win on the mound, striking out five in going the first two innings.

Adam Woods, Avery Row-Sponaugle and Kaden Moore each had two hits for Tygarts Valley. Woods finished with a pair of RBIs.

Woods and Jaxon Drennen finished in relief for the Bulldogs.

Woods went two innings, allowing one hit and fanning five and Drennen struck out all three batters he faced in the fifth.

Owen Helmick, who took the loss on the mound, had the lone hit for the Mountain Lions.
